📦 Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

    • It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.

Non-returnable items:

  • Products that have been opened or used (for example, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products).


💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or phone.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.


📮 Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your item unless the product arrived damaged or was sent in error.


⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
