📦 Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.

Non-returnable items:

Products that have been opened or used (for example, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products).
💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or phone.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
📮 Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your item unless the product arrived damaged or was sent in error.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
